Your tasks- Welcoming and seeing off our guests upon arrival & departure
- Handling of luggage
- Contact person for our national and international guests
- Ensuring a smooth process before and in the hotel
- Responsibility for cleanliness, safety, and order in the lobby, as well as in the outdoor area and hotel entrance
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and discreet service
- Support for the concierge if needed
Your profile
- Possession of a Swiss driving license category B
- Certificate for professional passenger transport (BPT 121) as well as many years of accident- and offense-free driving experience
- High level of quality and sense of responsibility
- Positive charisma as well as a confident and competent appearance
- Experience in luxury hospitality or familiarity with handling demanding guests
- Good German and English skills
- Very good geography and road knowledge, especially of the city of Zurich
- Flexibility regarding your working hours / willingness to work on weekends
