Tasks

• Work in customer service, including evening and weekend shifts
• Consulting and supporting customers as well as lending, returning, and shelving media
• Participation in events, tours, workshops, and projects
• Work in collection maintenance and presentation

Expectations

• Basic training as an information and documentation specialist EFZ or comparable training/experience in library work or related activities
• Desire for a lively work environment and interest in people, media, knowledge transfer, and digital technologies
• High level of service awareness, media, and consulting competence
• A cheerful, team-oriented, and flexible personality
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing, oral English skills
