We are looking for two assistants to accompany our 11-year-old son, who has Down syndrome and an autism spectrum disorder. The hours can be shared (mornings / afternoons) or covered by one person, depending on availability. In this case, some adjustments would be necessary on Wednesday to respect the hourly volume. Our son is a joyful and dynamic boy who needs support in daily activities and tasks (eating, dressing) as well as constant supervision. The work mainly consists of taking care of him at home and accompanying him to his therapies and leisure activities. Also some household tasks (cooking, laundry, shopping). Hours with two people:

Salary: 28.- to 30.- CHF gross/hour (depending on training and experience, including holiday allowance) Contract start: immediately or to be agreed.
