YOUR ROLE – WHAT TO EXPECT

You want to gain practical insights into the field of Sustainability and ESG of an innovative IT company already during your studies? Then you are exactly right at adesso Switzerland!

With a commitment of up to 40%, you will get to know the diverse tasks in the Sustainable Company area and actively participate in sustainability initiatives. You take on responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and help shape our sustainable corporate development.

Your tasks in detail:

Collaboration in the Environmental Management Team in the creation and further development of the sustainability report according to CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and relevant Swiss standards (e.g., Swiss Climate Reporting, OR 964a ff.)
Support in planning and implementing climate protection and decarbonization measures
Participation in internal and external ESG communication as well as awareness campaigns
Processing customer inquiries and ESG portals (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP, Integrity Next, etc.)
Research, analysis, and preparation of sustainability trends, regulatory developments, and best practices

YOUR SKILLS – WHAT YOU BRING

Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences, e.g., in
environmental and resource management, sustainability sciences, environmental engineering, sustainable finance, business or environmental economics, energy and environmental technology, international management with a focus on sustainability, circular economy, climate sciences, corporate responsibility, public policy & governance, or comparable fields of study
Basic knowledge of common standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, SDGs, CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, Swiss Climate Scores, OR 964a ff.)
Initial practical experience in ESG, sustainability, or climate protection is an advantage but not a requirement
Analytical, structured, and reliable working style
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Very good German and English skills; French or Italian are a plus
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus
