- Independent handling of property damage cases in the areas of liability, property, and motor vehicle insurance with suspected insurance fraud
- Investigating facts and securing evidence
- Conducting negotiations with customers, repairers, injured parties, and their legal representatives
- Representing the interests of the insurance company in civil and criminal proceedings
- Supporting and advising employees of the claims organization in identifying cases of fraud
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Willingness to work in the field in the German-speaking Switzerland West area and corresponding flexibility
- Proven performance and experience in claims handling (claims inspector level), preferably in the processing of property damage with further training as an insurance specialist FA or equivalent qualification or
- Proven performance in criminal police investigative work, experience as a BVM specialist is an advantage
- Negotiation skills, reliability, integrity, willingness to confront, assertiveness, as well as tact in dealing with people
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (foreign language skills are an advantage)
- Quick comprehension in the use of IT applications
