Product Manager
Are you passionate about delivering impactful technology that enhances people’s lives? Join us as a Product Manager for our Roger line of wireless microphones, where you’ll help shape products that exceed customer expectations in the hearing care industry. In this execution-focused role, you will work closely with a Senior Product Manager and report to the Head of Marketing for Roger. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive product improvements, manage product lifecycles, and serve as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries across our global group companies. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys driving projects, solving problems, and seeing their work make a tangible impact.
Your tasks:
- Lead and support product improvement projects in collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering
- Take ownership of digital Roger products currently in the market
- Maintain and update product documentation and packaging
- Coordinate the launch of new products in alignment with Supply Chain teams
- Plan and communicate phase-outs of existing products
- Provide expert support to group companies on product-related questions
- Manage product allocations during supply constraints
Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Audiology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role
- Strong project management skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
- Experience in the hearing aid industry or with high-tech electronic products is a plus
