The ZEGG Hotels & Stores stand for Engadine charm, for 3 exclusive hotels (5*s, 4*, 4*), for 6 restaurants and 7 shops in the heart of Samnaun at 1850 m above sea level in the middle of the Silvretta ski, hiking & bike arena Samnaun-Ischgl.
From February 2026 and gladly beyond, we are looking to complete our team at the Relais & Châteaux Chasa Montana Alpine Luxury Hideaway*****s for a committed and friendly Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
Your tasks / your profile:
- Independent management of a restaurant area
- Welcoming, seating and advising guests at a high level
- Presentation and recommendation of food and drinks
- Coordination with kitchen, sommeliers and service colleagues
- Ensuring a smooth service process
- Strong communication skills and charm
- Attention to detail and organizational talent
- Discretion in dealing with VIP guests
- Resilience during high seasons and events
- Hotel management school / training in restaurant service
- German (fluent)
- English (fluent)
- Additional languages are an advantage
