Job Description
We are looking for a team player with strong Group accounting and reporting expertise to join our Group Finance team in Thalwil. In this role, you will take ownership of Group reporting and ensure high-quality, transparent financial information. You will collaborate closely with Finance teams around the world and partner with Business Controlling to further develop and enhance our reporting landscape. You enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment and bring an entrepreneurial mindset. Your Responsibilities
Take ownership of the Group reporting process in accordance with IFRS, including preparation, analysis and supporting documentation Act as a key point of contact for auditors and other external stakeholders Coordinate and further develop the global financial closing process (accounting policies, instructions) Provide guidance and training to local Finance teams on accounting-related topics Maintain and continuously improve the Group’s financial consolidation tool (Tagetik) Support and enhance the Group’s internal control system Contribute to and drive finance-related projects and process improvements
Your Skills and Experience
Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar. 3-5 years’ work experience in a big 4 accounting firm or in a multinational industrial company Bachelor’s or master’s degree with focus on finance/ accounting Strong IFRS and Swiss accounting standard Accurate, efficient, and solution-oriented way of working Motivated team player with strong drive Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken) Experience with consolidation tools (e.g. Tagetik) is an asset CH or EU citizenship or holder of a valid CH work permit
