The Adliswil school educates around 2000 children in kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. About 500 employees are committed to this responsible task in 7 schools and various specialized services.

For the school-based care at Wilacker School, we are looking for a

Group Leader Care

immediately or by arrangement

A position as group leader in the Wilacker care team, for 81.14% or 41 WS
Workdays Monday to Friday

What we expect from you

As a group leader, you bring professional experience in school-based care, have completed an apprenticeship as a care specialist (FaBe K) or as social pedagogues HF/FH, and enjoy working with heterogeneity and different cultures. You are motivated to participatively accompany and support students in mixed-age groups (1st kindergarten - 6th grade) in their social learning. You have a balanced and resilient personality and are ready for close and constructive collaboration within the entire school and care team.

You can expect cooperative collaboration in the care team. You may participate in shaping and further developing the educational care work. There is regular pedagogical exchange within the team, and you will be supported by the care management. In addition, you can help shape the networking between school and care.
