Your responsibilities
- Managing telephone calls
- Processing incoming emails (additions, non-compliance, various)
- Managing results
- Entering paper files
- Handling mail
Required skills
- Know the compliance criteria for samples related to the range of medical analyses in Chemistry, Hematology, and Immunology
- Know how to use medical analysis management software
- Excellent oral expression in French and good written expression. Good knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Flexible schedule (morning, mid-day, and end of day shifts) as part of a rotating team
