Your tasks include:
- Responsibility for the operational restoration area and all event correspondence
- General guest care
- Contact person for the areas of seminar/banquet
- Planning, organizing, and executing all banquets and active sales of events from A to Z
- Ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Administrative tasks
- Assistance at the reception
- Creation of the entire à-la-carte and banquet offerings in collaboration with the head chef and management
- Purchasing and ordering
- Staff planning in the service and banquet area
You bring:
- Completed training as a department manager in restoration or similar qualification.
- Experience in the same or similar position is an advantage
- Organizational talent combined with a confident and professional demeanor
- A high level of communication skills and social competence
- Guest- and service-oriented personality

The Hotel Zofingen is located in the heart of the medieval, centrally located Aargau small town of Zofingen and thus benefits from optimal transport connections (public transport, A1, and A2). Since June 2024, the hotel operation with traditional cuisine, 39 rooms, and an attractive hall offering is managed by a young management couple. They want to further exploit and expand the potential with new creative ideas.
