Spoiling guests is your dream job, you are a passionate host, friendly, independent, efficient, and upbeat.
The work is very varied and interesting. Your tasks include assignments in the à la carte restaurants, on the terrace in summer, or in the gourmet restaurant VIVANDA. Breakfast service also falls within your area of responsibility.
Your tasks include, among others:
Service to guests
Managing your own station
Sales and giving recommendations
Preparation and follow-up work
Adhering to and implementing our service design
Cash register accounting
Ideally, you bring the following:
A completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
Initial professional experience in upscale service
You speak German and English
Good communication skills, resilience, and sense of responsibility
Knowledge in wine, spirits, and bar science
Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance at all times
The ambition to improve yourself and our establishment a little more every day
