Job Description

• Outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of patients
• Ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment
• Close collaboration with general practitioners as well as internal and external specialists
• Coordination and, if necessary, referral to specialized centers
• Maintenance and expansion of a regional referral network
• Managing electronic medical records and writing reports

Qualifications

• Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of patient-centered, empathetic work
• Confident handling of digital practice structures
• Teamwork skills and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
