Team Leader: Private Customer Service (m/f/d) 100%
To strengthen our team in the Baden, Brugg region, we are looking for a(n) immediately or by arrangement
YOUR TASKS
- You proactively take care of our private customers and maintain regular contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- You take responsibility for the care and leadership of employees as well as the recruitment of new staff and their smooth onboarding.
- You regularly conduct quality checks and initiate optimization measures on customer sites if necessary.
- You establish efficient cleaning processes and monitor their correct implementation. You are also responsible for compliance with instructions regarding occupational safety and health protection.
- Time control and recording as well as the creation of deployment and vacation planning for your team are also part of your duties.
- You prepare offers and are responsible for a flawless process
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training as a certified building cleaning specialist FA, certified facility maintenance specialist FA
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize your working style.
- Your negotiation and sales skills convince customers and business partners. A high quality awareness is a matter of course for you.
- You have good MS Office skills and your German language skills correspond to at least level B2.
- You work independently and reliably and hold a category B driving license.
