At the Baar Care Center, we care for and support 165 elderly and young people, ensuring the well-being of the residents with great care and competent nursing. The person is at the center for us, lived diversity.
Your new workplace
Our two lovingly designed and modern houses offer our residents a unique home full of comfort. Your new workplace will be in House 2. This house houses four geriatric departments, complemented by various lounges and terraces. Especially noteworthy is the beautiful view into the glazed courtyard with a real tree, light-flooded rooms, and a beautiful panoramic view.

What does your workday look like?
- With your team, you cover the entire daily routine of the residents in your department.
- You take on daily responsibility and act as a contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and your team.
- As a nursing professional, you independently plan and carry out all nursing processes, manage nursing documentation, and implement concepts in the areas of kinaesthetics, basal stimulation, and validation.
- Complete performance recording in RAI is also part of your tasks, as well as supporting our trainees and new employees.
What do you bring with you?
- You bring a well-filled backpack that includes a completed tertiary education at the nursing specialist HF level or an equivalent education recognized by the SRK in Switzerland.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role and enjoyment in working with elderly people.
- Humor, solution orientation, and passion for the profession complete your profile.
