Head of Finance and Accounting

TOGA FOOD SA has been an established company in the food industry since 1981. With many exclusive specialties, we supply retail and large consumers throughout Switzerland from our warehouse in Wangen an der Aare. We have many ideas and want to continue to inspire our customers with an attractive range and exciting brands. For that, we need YOU!

We are looking for a motivated and experienced personality immediately or by arrangement as

• You are responsible for the general and subsidiary ledgers and prepare, among other things, financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as various analyses and price calculations
• You are the primary contact person for accounting, taxes, and legal matters as well as the contact for audits, banks, and insurance companies
• You lead and monitor the budgeting process and participate in strategy development as well as budget and medium-term planning
• You manage an employee and support her in daily operations, including her deputization
• You support the management team in financial and cost accounting matters
• You coordinate operational concerns in the areas of finance and IT

• You have a solid commercial education and further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
• You have flawless German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage
• You have extensive experience in finance with controlling tasks in a comparable role in a manufacturing SME or trading company
• You have leadership experience
• You are a competent user of ERP systems and BI tools and have very good Excel skills (e.g., Excel Pivot)
• Your precise working style and analytical thinking make you an expert in business management topics
