For our business area Watches, Industry, and Crafts, we are looking by agreement for a gardener specializing in horticulture as a vocational trainer, 80 – 100% (m/f/d). These are the main tasks ▪ Professional support and education of people with special needs in German and French in the field of horticulture and maintenance. ▪ You lead a team of 3 – 5 people. ▪ Administrative tasks related to support and education. ▪ As well as maintaining customer contacts and order acquisition, administration, and planning of customer orders. What you should bring ▪ You have a basic education as a gardener EFZ specializing in horticulture and several years of professional experience. ▪ You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary work environment and are communicative, empathetic, and service-oriented. ▪ Ideally, you have further training in work pedagogy. ▪ You are a native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the other language. ▪ Driving license category B is mandatory.
