What you can achieve
- You create specifications for functional planning, derive target space requirements as well as target rough space programs, and continuously check the achievement of goals along the structural target planning
- You conduct needs and inventory analyses to determine, update, and optimally ensure the current and future space requirements in various areas
- Together with experts and users, you define operational requirements and develop standards for operation and space
- You develop operational concepts, organizational structures, and processes within the framework of strategic development and operational-structural target planning
- You take over the preparation of project proposals and lead demanding projects with high strategic relevance
What you bring with you
- Master FH / University / ETH in social or economic sciences, architecture, or a comparable education with corresponding further training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in healthcare
- Further training in project management
- Communicative personality with strategic and networked thinking
- High service orientation and structured working style
