- Conducting criminal investigations into misdemeanours, offences, and crimes committed by adults
- Filing charges and representation before the cantonal courts
- Issuing decisions on non-prosecution and case dismissal, penal orders, or transfer orders
- Handling national and international legal assistance requests
Your profile
- Completed law degree (licence, master) and bar admission
- CAS Forensics is an advantage
- Qualified knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure law
- Persistence in case handling
- Interest in criminal contexts
- High commitment and resilience as well as precise, efficient working methods
- Team-oriented, integrous, dedicated, and trustworthy personality
