The Sägermatt Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 50 people from Lengnau and the surrounding area who require light to intensive care. Of these, 12 places are in the residential group for people with dementia or people with special needs. We support and promote their existing resources and are particularly committed to meaningful and enjoyable life and daily activities.

You bring with you
- Experience in the care and support of elderly people
- Joy in the profession and in dealing with elderly people and people with special needs
- High social competence
- Ability to work in an intraprofessional and interdisciplinary team
- Enjoyment in working with trainees, ideally you even have the
- trainer course or would like to complete it
- Willingness to take on different shifts
Tasks
- Ensuring professional care based on the care process
- Professional care and support of residents in complex situations
- Documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
- Taking over daily responsibility after a systematic familiarization phase
