Fee Schedule 2025 - Spitex Herzenssache GmbH 1. Scope
This fee schedule applies to Spitex Herzenssache GmbH. It defines the range of services and takes into account the requirements of the Nursing Care Service Ordinance (KLV Art. 7, paragraph 2) and the currently valid nursing legislation of the Canton of Zurich. Nursing services are mandatory services of the basic health insurance. 2. Tariffs and Fees
The current tariffs and fees are based on the 2025 price list. In the Canton of Zurich, clients are charged a contribution of CHF 7.65 per nursing day. This contribution is collected with the Spitex invoice.
3. General Provisions KLV (Nursing Care Service Ordinance) Spitex services are provided on the basis of a medical order and a needs assessment. The assessment of nursing and support needs must be carried out by a suitably qualified professional according to KLV Art 7 and the anticipated need must be documented and quantified accordingly in the documentation system. 3.1. Nursing Fee
Based on the currently valid nursing law, the Health Directorate of the Canton of Zurich determined the maximum standard costs and cost factors for 2025 in the letter dated August 29, 2024. 3.2. KLV Services
Nursing services according to the Nursing Care Service Ordinance (KLV 7):

KLV A = Assessment, consultation and coordination
KLV B = Treatment care
KLV C = Basic care

3.3. Service Times
The services are provided according to the needs of the clients and are offered between 07:00 and 22:00. On weekends and public holidays, a reduced service is available. Billing for KLV services is done in 5-minute units per type of service, with a minimum of 10 minutes charged per service call. Billing for N-KLV services is done in 15-minute units, with a minimum of 60 minutes charged per service call. 4. Household Services (N-KLV Services) 4.1. General Provisions
Household services or individual care services (N-KLV) are not covered by mandatory health insurance. Nevertheless, services can be provided if needed based on a medical order and a needs assessment (analogous to the provisions of KLV services). Clarification and application for any claims from supplementary insurances are the responsibility of the clients. N-KLV services are billed in 15-minute units.

6. Admission and Discharge, Termination Registration is possible at any time according to the registration procedure. Discharge is possible within 24 hours for KLV services and within 48 hours for N-KLV services. 7. Cost Coverage by Insurers Services under the mandatory basic health insurance are billed directly with the health insurance companies according to the Health Insurance Act (KVG, Art 1). Nursing services under the Accident Insurance Act (UVG) are billed directly with the respective accident insurance if possible. If this is not possible, invoices can be sent to the responsible accident insurance for reimbursement after payment by the client. Non-nursing Spitex services (N-KLV) are charged to the clients. Supplementary health insurance may partially reimburse these costs. 8. Invoicing
Invoicing is done monthly and includes both KLV and N-KLV services as well as individually contractually agreed care services for the actual days of the previous month. It is issued in the first days of the following month and must be paid within 30 days. In case of payment difficulties, the management of Spitex Herzenssache GmbH must be informed immediately. 9. Entry into Force

Mandatory Health Insurance Services (KLV) The tariffs for long-term care according to Art. 7a KLV from 1.1.2025 are as follows:
CHF 76.90 per hour Assessment and consultation CHF 63.00 per hour Treatment care CHF 52.60 per hour Basic care A 5-minute billing cycle applies (minimum 10 minutes per service) as well as the tiers payant (billing of KLV services to health insurers). According to the nursing law of the Canton of Zurich, clients must contribute CHF 7.65 per day (patient contribution).
