About the job

Spitex Chur

Every 40th resident of Chur is a client with us. We are deployed daily with 400 clients. With around 170 employees, we are the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden and provide nursing and care services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations. Our employees organize their daily work independently and autonomously. You actively contribute to shaping and further developing the operation according to societal requirements.

Your Tasks

Caring for and supporting physically and mentally ill and disabled people in all phases of life with different sociocultural backgrounds
Clarifying needs together with the clients
Interprofessional collaboration with general practitioners and specialist agencies, such as palliative bridging service in treatment care and in complex care situations
Supporting clients in physical, social, and psychological well-being
Recognizing, promoting, and maintaining resources
Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, and staff supervision

Your Profile

Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
Sense of responsibility and high independence
Empathy and good observation skills
Tolerance and openness towards people of all ages and different cultures
Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
Driver's license category B and/or bicycle for travel between different assignments
