In the gastronomy department of the KZU Competence Center for Care and Health, you ensure the well-being of our guests, residents, and employees with your cheerful manner and commitment. You supervise the restaurant during opening hours, participate in internal and external events, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere with your dedication.

Attending to our guests in the restaurant and at events
Ensuring mise en place and attractive product presentation
Operating the cash register including billing
Compliance with hygiene regulations

Completed training as a restaurant specialist or hotel and housekeeping specialist

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
