Profile
- Completed training in nursing at HF or BScN/MScN level
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in geriatric psychiatry
- Leadership experience and completed management training or willingness to complete such training alongside work
- High professional and social skills and very good communication skills
- Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for shaping service development
- Ability to think organizationally, strategically, and networked
