Workplace Engineer M365

You will

• Analyze the needs of our customers, design and implement holistic workplace solutions based on Microsoft Cloud solutions (M365), and bring measurable added value to our customers
• Independently manage customer projects and advise our SME customers on all IT infrastructure needs
• Stay close to the needs of our customers by contributing to 3rd level support and continuously developing your know-how

Your skills

• You have completed vocational training in IT EFZ platform development / system technology
• Additionally, you have deepened your knowledge through further education (FH/HF or similar) or plan to do so in the near future
• You bring several years of professional experience and good knowledge in the migration and integration of Microsoft 365 online services (Intune, MS Teams, SharePoint online, etc.)
• You are familiar with Microsoft security products (Defender, Purview) and have experience in the cloud security environment
• You always keep an overview even in challenging situations and are used to working in an agile environment with various stakeholders
