About the job

Your area of responsibility

You support keeping the chart of accounts and relevant master data structured, up-to-date, and accurate
You manage regular update and review processes and ensure that master data is maintained consistently, transparently, and with high quality
You develop clear templates and simple, easy-to-understand processes so that change requests regarding the chart of accounts and master data can be recorded uniformly and processed efficiently
You support internal departments in the correct creation and assignment of master data and answer queries
You analyze inconsistencies in data sets, document necessary adjustments, and handle change requests

Your strengths

You have initial practical experience from studies (economics, finance, business mathematics, or similar) or internships and can independently and responsibly handle new tasks
You have a basic understanding of financial contexts, ideally in the area of Financial Accounting - You have a strong affinity for data and work carefully, structured, and reliably with extensive tables and data sets
You have very good programming skills, especially in VBA, and are able to independently develop or further develop efficient automations and small tools
You possess very good oral and written German and English skills
