About the job

• You take over the needs- and resource-oriented, individual treatment and care of our patients within your competencies in the inpatient setting.
• You are responsible for professional nursing as well as the implementation of nursing standards and document relevant events as well as your services.
• If suitable and interested, you actively take on the vocational training of our FaGe trainees and are aware of the importance of a training ward.
• You are part of an interdisciplinary team and can apply all your professional skills there.
• You actively work in nursing (mostly in the early shift) from Monday to Friday.

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (for foreign diplomas, SRK recognition or a positive SRK pre-check is required). For taking over vocational training, you have already completed the trainer course or you are willing to complete it with generous support from us.
• You have professional experience in long-term care or gerontopsychiatry or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this area.
• You enjoy supporting our FaGe trainees and have professional competence in nursing, care, and medical technology.
• You have high social skills, communication skills, and empathy in dealing with patients. In addition, you are flexible, resilient, and look forward to working in day shifts as well as supporting our trainees.
• You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry and in caring for people with high support needs.
