Our LabTec Project Leadership Team plays a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative laboratory solutions that set industry benchmarks. As a key interface between technical experts and management, we not only manage complex, cross-functional projects, but also foster collaboration across global teams and continuously enhance our processes. To further strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Leader (all genders, 100%) who will help shape the future of our product development and drive impactful projects in a collaborative international environment.In this role, you will:Lead complex, cross-functional R&D projects involving mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines, ensuring strong technical alignment and effective collaboration across teams. Own the full project lifecycle from concept through industrialization, ensuring delivery of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Coordinate across global sites and functions, fostering transparent communication and alignment among R&D, operations, supply chain, quality, service, finance, and product management.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively managing dependencies, risks, changes to ensure on-time and on-quality execution.Drive decision-making and prioritization, balancing business goals, technical challenges, and available resources. Translate complex technical topics and challenges into clear, structured updates for senior management and steering committee members. Coach and guide project teams, promoting ownership, accountability, and a culture of trust and continuous improvement.Contribute to process and tool enhancements, sharing best practices and supporting the evolution of project management within the organization.
