Coordinator of Warehouse Logistics 100 %

• You support the shift supervisor and take over his operational tasks as needed.
• You coordinate goods receipt, order picking, and loading.
• You also coordinate truck movements on the company premises.
• As a trained logistics specialist EFZ, you load trucks yourself with the forklift and support employees with advice and assistance in their daily work.
• Handling customer returns according to internal guidelines.
• Together with the warehouse logistics team, you ensure order and cleanliness on the company premises.
• You assist with warehouse checks and inventories, thus ensuring compliance with our high-quality standards.
• You are at the pulse of daily events and ensure the flow of information to all involved parties.

• You have completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ and are well versed in the world of warehouse logistics.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics.
• PC skills and proficient use of Office programs are required.
• You are an outstanding organizational talent who keeps a cool head even in very hectic times.
• You are solution-oriented and like to take responsibility.
• You have a good grasp and can quickly recognize and solve connections and tasks.
• Ideally, you have valid training as a dangerous goods officer and/or safety assistant.
• You master the German language perfectly in spoken and written form; French is an advantage.
• You are willing to work shifts in a 2-shift system from 05:00 to 22:00.
