- You are responsible for the professional, financial, and personnel management of the Finance and Controlling department with 18 employees at two locations (Wil and Sargans).
- You ensure the financial management of the entire company within the framework of legal requirements and according to the owner strategy of the Canton of St. Gallen.
- You are responsible for the development and management of the central finance and administration processes such as accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, reporting, financial and liquidity planning, patient administration, and coding.
- You are responsible for the internal control system (ICS) in your department and coordinate with Risk Management.
- You are responsible for preparing the data for tariff negotiations and actively shape the negotiation strategy.
- You are responsible for preparing key figures and financial documents for the management and the board of directors.
- You ensure effective project, investment, and cost controlling.
- You conduct controlling discussions, advise the management, and support them in planning and efficient management of financial resources.
- You ensure the efficient and economical delivery of services in the area and, together with your team, guarantee a high level of service quality and customer orientation.
- You have a solid education in finance (university or university of applied sciences degree, expert in accounting & controlling).
- You have several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in healthcare.
- You are confident with Swiss GAAP FER, familiar with cost accounting (including REKOLE), have experience in project and process management, and are familiar with the digitization of processes.
- Analytical and strategic thinking are among your strengths, and you have excellent time and deadline management skills.
- You are a resilient, open, and communicative personality with a strong service orientation.
- Your appearance is professional, you convince with clear leadership and attitude, and you can set boundaries well.
