Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Consistently provide a professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Assist the Concierges in daily operations
- Responsible for routine administrative tasks (recording schedules, weekly schedule summaries, filing/archiving, stock management, training scheduling, etc.)
- Participate in mail management, reception, and delivery of client packages
- Respond to clients' oral and digital requests at the Concierge desk quickly, accurately, and professionally according to LQA standards.
- Anticipate client needs
- Ensure the distribution of accurate information to our clients regarding hotel services, Monaco and regional attractions, restaurants, theaters, special events as well as other available services
- Promote hotel services and secondly, the businesses and services working with the hotel
- Offer external services if neither of the two options suits the client
- Ensure regular and effective communication between the Concierge office and any other hotel department
- Develop professional, technical, and interpersonal knowledge through contact with senior concierges
- Demonstrate an attitude consistent with the Chain and the Association of the Golden Keys
- Progress positively towards a Concierge position
Qualifications
- Experience in Accommodation in a luxury hotel
- Fluency in French and English – a third foreign language would be a plus
- Ability to write letters and emails in several languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud,
- Excellent presentation
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to take initiative
- Demonstrate autonomy
