MASTER PLANNER (m/f/d) - 100%
As a Master Planner, you are the central interface between customer demands, production capacities, and the supply chain. You define what needs to be produced in the coming weeks, monitor implementation, and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and customers. Detailed operational production planning is carried out by the production planners – you work closely with them and ensure that capacities, materials, and priorities are adhered to.
We are looking for a proactive personality who actively shapes processes, drives results, and promotes continuous improvements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational control & alignment (daily & weekly)
- Close collaboration with production planners: ensuring that planned production quantities match the master plan.
- Creation and analysis of KPI reports (MPSA, WIP, Revenue, error flags) as well as escalation of deviations.
- Conducting weekly KPI reviews (e.g., production performance, schedule and inventory development, aged inventory).
- Preparation, participation, and follow-up of customer meetings (e.g., STEM, MIC) including action tracking.
Monthly planning & S&OP
- Execution of RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Coordination of demand handover and cross-site alignment meetings.
- Validation and upload of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in SAP, including reporting to finance.
- Creation and presentation of S&OP documents (supply review, KPI validation, bridge analyses).
Process & system improvement
- Identification of optimization opportunities to reduce aged WIP and improve planning accuracy.
- Further development of system and reporting processes (SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI).
- Supporting the team through coaching, best practice sharing, and process improvements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree: Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
- Certifications: APICS CPIM or similar qualifications in planning are an advantage.
- System knowledge: Experience with SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive working style.
