Key Responsibilities:

For Customers:

• Serve as the primary contact for all customer referral information.
  
• Skillfully handle order entries and manage data within our CRM and reporting tools.
  
• Produce insightful reports for customers and oversee billing processes.
  

For Candidates:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout each candidate's journey.
  
• Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring all participant issues are resolved swiftly, whether via Zoom, Teams, or phone.
  
• Fluent in German and English and very good knowledge in French
  
• Master all aspects of program delivery to competently explain our services to candidates.
  
• Organize and manage seminars and workshop programs, ensuring high attendance levels, proper facilitation, and availability of all necessary materials.
  

What We Require:

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or a related corporate field.
  
• Demonstrated project management expertise in a customer success environment.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup setting.
  
• Strong capability to guide candidates using various tools and provide support when needed.
  
• Excellent critical thinking skills for independent problem-solving.
  
• Clear, confident communication abilities.
  
• A passion for fulfilling the needs of clients and participants.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems.
