Okta Engineer / Analyst - Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) - This is a long term contract opportunity requiring profound Customer Identity and Access Management knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

  • Evaluating business requirements and aligning them into information technologies
  • Contributing to design discussions with implementation partners and supporting testing efforts
  • Performing system and data integrations between Okta and other business applications
  • Creating CIAM project CI/CD pipelines and Okta platform workflows
  • Developing application-level security configurations and CIAM engineering patterns and guidelines
  • Preparing training material and participating in business process and system optimization


Your experience/knowledge:

  • Expertise in Okta
  • Well-versed with Azure AD including B2B users along with knowledge of agile methods
  • Knowhow of creating customizations and workflows in Okta
  • Proficiency in building custom UI pages using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Familiarity with CIAM project implementation as well as AzDo/GitHub CI/CD pipeline creation
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational

  • Strong costumer focus and a solution-oriented way of working
