For a global technology company and supplier for various scientific applications, we are looking for an

E&I Engineer (f/m/d) Temporary position, 100%

In this role you will be responsible for the package management of design and delivery of the following systems: fire alarm system (BMA), gas detection system (GMA), cause and effect matrix, door access control systems (ZuKo).
You will review drawings and documentation and manage E&I sub-contractors.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage E&I activities with respect to the relevant systems
  • Function as a key member of the Engineering Team
  • Maintain control over the activities and schedule with respect to the relevant systems
  • Adherence to project procedures/requirements with respect to HSE, Quality (including GDP/GMP), CQ (including IQ, OQ, Commissioning)
  • Liaise closely with the relevant vendors/providers/contractors, project Automation representatives to ensure integration of activities and schedules with respect to the relevant systems
  • Actively participate in the development and delivery of deliverables with respect to the relevant systems
  • Report and aid in the resolution of project issues, including maintaining the punches
  • Assist in assessing project risk and evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation strategies applied
  • Adheres to general cGMP rules, quality policies, procedures and instruction as rolled out by the Quality function and endorsed by the site management
  • Adheres to general safety rules, policies, procedures and instructions as rolled out by the EHS functions and endorsed by the site management

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Proven knowledge of biopharmaceutical systems
  • GMP knowledge and knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Experience with managing sub-contractors and construction activities
  • Experience in managing costs and schedule
  • Able to work with minimum oversight fulfilling deliverables within target dates
  • Fluent English language written and verbal communication skills
  • German is an advantage, but not required
