The Associate Director, Global Development (GD) Strategy & Operations (Metrics & QBRs) is responsible for assisting with the implementation of consistent operational reporting and oversight processes. This role will partner with key stakeholders – including the Strategy & Deployment Head and Business Growth, Innovation & Advocacy Head, and across the GD business – to measure and track the overall 'health of business'. They will also provide additional support to the Director as needed.



The Associate Director will help optimize business management by establishing metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the overall business and GD-wide initiatives. They will be accountable for analyzing data, compiling and facilitating agendas for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and providing the Board of Directors with the information necessary to make informed decisions on the 'health of business'.


Additionally, this role will be assist with organizing key GD-level forums that advance the performance of the business, including the Global Development Leadership Forum and supporting Board of Directors activities as required.


Primary responsibilities:


·       Coordinate key portfolio reporting and operational process management and assist in tracking of the portfolio, analytics, reporting and end to end integrated planning efforts


·       Assist with facilitation of decision support activities for GD-wide governance, including QBRs


·       Provide support for key GD-level leadership forums, including Global Development Leadership Forum and BoD-level activities


·       Support execution of strategic priorities that support GD goals and objectives, and embed the target culture and ways of working
