Your responsibilities
- You will support the Head of Department in day-to-day operational and strategic activities, including the preparation and coordination of audits, management meetings, and customer meetings;
- You will maintain and continuously improve the department’s SharePoint and manage related information and file structures to support efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing;
- You will consolidate and prepare information and presentations for a wide range of stakeholders, including internal departments, customers, and management;
- You will establish and maintain useful and practice-oriented standards and use them for consistent presentation layout and reporting;
- You will prepare and support meetings, ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up of key decisions and actions;
- You will analyze and interpret business performance data, including warranty costs, spare parts sales, revenue, margins, and other key business indicators;
- You will ensure data accuracy and consistency across different databases and sources by collaborating cross-functionally across different departments;
- You will develop KPI reporting, support pricing activities through analysis and cost calculations, and contribute to the preparation of price updates using dedicated tools and uploading them to the relevant ERP system.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your first degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field;
- You have gained initial experience in project management and data analysis;
- You ideally have prior knowledge of corporate controlling;
- You have a quick learning ability regarding complex topics, think cross-functional and demonstrate the ability to work independently;
- You provide excellent analytical skills;
- You work proactively, know how to prioritize effectively, and have the confidence to drive initiatives forward;
- You communicate effectively with different stakeholders and are a team player;
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and use Power BI as a supporting tool;
- You are fluent in German and English; French is an asset.
