Your Mission

• As our intern, you will support the Leasing and Real Estate Development team in the site selection process by conducting market research and collecting valuable insights to support decision making while also working on strategic projects and initiatives.

• Create real estate analyses to support decision making on retail & workplace growth

• Conduct market research to advise team on retail site selection

• Collect and analyse data from internal partners (e-commerce, B2B) and external sources to benchmark and ensure decisions are data-driven

• Implement new processes, challenge and improve existing ones

• Drive strategic projects and initiatives
