Summary: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst, (Cross company 1st and 2nd line support) to join our team. This role involves providing cross-company user support, troubleshooting a variety of technology systems, and contributing to the implementation and configuration of new systems. This is an excellent opportunity for growth as we focus on making information visible, automating manual processes, enhancing, and integrating current systems, and expanding our team to handle increasing complexity. The role will require learning a large range of technologies and the initial six months will be heavily focused on Salesforce and Google Workspace systems at our company in Lausanne, with potential travel to other company locations around Switzerland. The role will also support standardizing and simplifying processes across our IT landscape.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues across different platforms.
- Experience with IT support and helpdesk operations.
- Familiarity with system configuration and implementation processes.
- Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to streamline manual processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional user support.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

Languages: German and English (French a plus)
Qualification: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Google Workspace Admin, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
Additional Information
Work Environment: Collaborative and dynamic work environment with opportunities for remote work. Occasional travel to other company locations, particularly during the initial six months, will be required.
