In this exciting role you have the opportunity to help shape the Odlo Performance Marketing and manage all kind of marketing campaigns across the entire funnel.

You will help us developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase our customer base and fuel growth.

Your field of play

  • Lead the daily execution of online marketing initiatives, including the creation, updating, and monitoring of campaigns in collaboration with both internal and external partners.
  • Owning and managing relationships with all paid media partners, i. e. Display, Video, Paid Search, Shopping campaigns (incl. Feeds), Social ads, Remarketing and Affiliates
  • Develop and execute full funnel strategies to support brand equity and drive commercial sales targets.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against selected KPI and ROI and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Measure and optimize media investments with Media Mix Modelling to increase media driven sales.
  • Align with seasonal calendar (Brand and Ecommerce) and create and ensure 360° marketing campaigns which drive traffic, conversion, and brand equity.
  • Estimate, plan, and control marketing spend on a regular basis and ensure to be in line with budget on a weekly and monthly level.
  • Gain insights with analytics and AB testing and perform brand lift studies to continuously optimize campaigns and performance.
  • Strategically plan and implement marketing initiatives that proactively prepare our organization for a privacy-first world, ensuring we stay ahead of privacy regulations and best practices.

Your story

Be successful in this position you bring: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferable in Online Marketing, Ecommerce or similar
  • 3-4 years working experience in respective field
  • Very good team player with strong interest in sports industry and passionate Online Marketer
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Growth mindset with hands-on approach
  • Meta, Google Ads and Analytics Certificates are a plus
  • E-Commerce Software (Shopify, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Previous experience in marketing agency is a plus
