Investigate ways to continuously improve patient experience, resubscription rates and loyalty to Nextherapy – by measuring each continuously
Determine staffing requirements, hire and train new employees
Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
Build a close team of highly qualified therapists and employees and stimulate collaboration between team members in order to maximize employee productivity, retention and sense of happiness
Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other KPIs and reporting performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement
