Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Creation, establishment and application of standards for effective project management including tools
• Definition, documentation and continuous improvement (CIP) of processes and methods in project management
• Definition and optimisation of project management KPIs
• Support in project implementation issues
• Training and development of project managers in accordance with project management standards

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, alternatively a technical degree (DHBW, HS, university), ideally with a focus on project management
• Experience in designing processes
• Experience in the environment of a multi-project landscape
• IT affinity
• Very good communication skills and moderation know-how
• AGILE trainer training desirable
• Basic commercial knowledge
• Basic pedagogical-psychological knowledge
• Very good knowledge of English
