Your role

As Swiss Equity Execution trader at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an ambitious individual who is seeking to contribute to the Bank's success and provide an excellent service to all our clients and CRMs in Swiss Equity Execution related topics. 

Your responsibilities

• Execute the Swiss Equity Order flow of internal as well as external clientsProvide an excellent service quality achieving an added value for the client with a superior execution quality and by providing updates and trading related advises
• Market Making Mandates in instruments on the SIX Swiss Exchange
• Improve automation of our order flow and trading processes and work together with IT on trading related projects
• Cooperate proactively with all internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to all the relevant Rules & Regulations as well as internal guidelines and directives and be up to date with all the relevant regulatory developments in the Trading area
• Carry out various administrative tasks

Your profile

• Higher education (university / FH) in finance/banking or comparable higher financial education
• At least 3 years of practical experience in trading Swiss Equities
• SIX Trader License and a very good knowledge of the Swiss Equity market
• Profound IT-affinity and experience with Order Management Systems
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Willingness to take responsibility, ability to work under pressure as well as to collaborate with various stakeholder
• Fluency in German and English, very good command in French is a plus
