About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a critical transportation program for a leading Swiss client. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the testing strategy, ensuring continuous improvement, and overseeing the entire testing process from requirements gathering to go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager as a seamless tool-based process for delivering requirements and supporting the testing process
• Coordinate and manage the various testing phases (Single Functional, Integration, and Acceptance Testing) and provide testing approval for go-live
• Coordinate testing with external systems and user representatives, particularly managing acceptance testing
• Enforce defined testing standards
• Coordinate and ensure tester training
• Coordinate, create, and approve new test cases
• Implement the program's test automation strategy in collaboration with Shared Service Testing (PO Team Testautomation) and review and clarify with the business what can be automated

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a university, ETH, FH, or HF
• Minimum of three years of experience in large, agile software development projects in test management and testing
• Experience with SAP software development projects in testing
• Expertise in error analysis, defect management, and error prevention
• Experience with Solution Manager TestSuite and Focused Build
• E2E process view
• Fluency in German and English, both at the C1 level or higher
• Proficiency in Jira (requirements management and testing)
• Experience in setting up and implementing test automation in agile projects
• Knowledge of Tosca (test automation)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong focus on quality and a proven ability to drive results
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and empower others

• Knowledge of SAP PPM/PS
• ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent certification
