This is what you move with us
- Identify opportunities for optimization and streamline our operations.
- Develop detailed requirement specifications and project documentation to guide our initiatives.
- Conduct thorough system tests and provide essential training to users to ensure smooth adoption.
- Oversee the performance of implemented solutions and recommend improvements.
- Participate in the implementation of new systems and applications across our two hotels.
- Raise alerts in case of difficulties or delays, propose workaround solutions, if necessary, take charge of the design or monitoring of the new tools mentioned above, the adaptation of existing processes, as well as their deployments
- Write, document, accomplish, carry out, and reconcile test campaigns, write procedures
- provide relevant analyses and comments to management on the projects entrusted to them
- Close collaboration with our IT service provider to meet operational and strategic IT requirements. Act as the key liaison between the Finance and IT department and the business.
This is you
- Young professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in IT solutions with a keen interest in business process optimization.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excel virtuoso.
- Fluent in German and English (B2), Italian is advantageous.
- Work permit for Switzerland or EU citizen.
- This is a full-time role requiring on-site presence in our offices in St. Moritz
