Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree highly desired, (focus in the Human Resource field a plus). We value practical experience and recognize that it can be equivalent to a formal education. Candidates with advanced recruitment experience, certifications, or demonstrated success in talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
- 5+ years proven experience (or 10+ years without a degree) in full-cycle recruitment preferably in a fully integrated energy company with an international presence. This will have given the candidate an in-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices as well as regulations related to hiring.
- Effective written & verbal communications skills in order to effectively interface & influence across all levels of the organization and with external parties.
- Proven ability to use data analytics to measure & improve recruiting activities
- Proficiency in recruiting technology such as an ATS, LinkedIn and Broadbean required
- Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Internet research.

- Drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment process.

- Be the face of TEAS to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Build a reputation for reliability, clarity, and critical thinking.
- Strategic Impact:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders, talent developers and hiring teams to meet organizational talent needs.
