Duties and responsibilities:
            • Ownership of the Customer Service internal communication and engagement strategy.
            • Leading the Customer Service (CS) communications team and overseeing the successful delivery of all relevant activities.
            • Building alignment across all communication channels and developing new ways of communicating to the CS population.
            • Working with stakeholders across Sunrise UPC to ensure alignment on wide-reaching, cross-departmental topics.
            • Continuously improving communication channel effectiveness using insight and measurement.
            • Developing a range of engagement driven communications to improve ways of working and information sharing across the CS function e.g. CS newsletter, events (calls and in-person), and new innovative channels.
            • Writing communications on behalf of the Chief Customer Officer and their Leadership Team.
            • Breaking down complex messages to ensure they're understandable for all CS employees.

What we look for in an applicant:
            • Solid knowledge and relevant university studies in Communications
              or a related field
            • Experience in a similar position, preferably internal communication, frontline
              or customer
              communication
            • Experience in strategic, conceptual work as well as an ability to transfer that into actual concrete deliverables and projects
            • Enjoys to work in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with change and working with people on all levels of an organization
            • Ability to write in a fresh, motivating and easy-to-understand style
            • Can-do and hands-on mentality, with a flexible and open-minded personality
            • Business fluent in German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
