For the main office in Losone, we are looking for a Financial Accounting and Payroll Clerk (100%)

Your main tasks

• Accounts payable: create new debtors and manage basic data, incoming and outgoing payments, payment reminders.
• Accounts receivable: Open new suppliers, check and enter invoices, terms, make outgoing payments via e-banking, advance payments to suppliers in Swiss francs and foreign currencies.
• General accounting: records, checking bank statements, cash book, VAT counts, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, budget preparation and review, cash management and leasing, control and payment of commissions and royalties, collaboration in annual closings, collaboration in the preparation of group financial statements.

On the other hand, as for the payroll office, the tasks focus on personnel administration:

• Attendance control by computer program
• Salary processing, management of social security contributions, including annual accounts
• Management of apprentices

Your profile

The person we are looking for should have a degree in business administration and several years of experience in financial accounting; payroll activities can be learned during the induction period. Good knowledge of German and MS Office are also essential. Knowledge of the SAP R3 management system is an advantage.
