Your responsibilities
  • CRM strategies: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • CRM campaigns: Design, implement and optimize automated CRM campaigns to increase customer activation and loyalty across the entire customer lifecycle in the DACH region
  • Continuous improvement: Analyze customer data to improve and refine CRM campaigns and drive personalization as well as monitor and report CRM metrics and KPIs to ensure the success of campaigns
  • Collaboration: Co-operate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of CRM systems
  • Support: Back the team lead in guiding the other CRM team members and manage day-to-day operations
  • Move forward: Continuously identify opportunities to optimize CRM processes and tools
  • Compliance: Ensuring data protection compliance in all CRM activities and processes in collaboration with our data protection experts

What we expect from you
  • Bachelor's d egree: Marketing, Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experien ce: in CRM management
  • Success stories : Proven track record of leading successful CRM initiatives
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software (Selligent a plus)
  • Mindset: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Languages: Fluency in English; German a plus
