YOUR MISSION

• Lead & Innovate: Spearhead a dynamic ERP implementation project, enhancing workflows through cutting-edge IT developments.
• Be the Bridge: Translate business needs into IT solutions, ensuring seamless communication between operations and technology.
• Drive Change: Play a pivotal role in Interholco’s digital transformation across Africa and Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management: Oversee the ERP replacement project, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Work with external IT developers, internal IT professionals, and all stakeholders to ensure smooth integration.
• Workflow Optimization: Assess and enhance workflows through critical analysis and strategic improvements.
• Change Advocacy: Champion the digitalization strategy, fostering an environment of innovation and progress.
• International Collaboration: Coordinate ERP system replacement efforts across our operations in the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) and Cameroon, aligning with Interholco's business needs.

YOUR LOCALISATION

• Based in Baar, Switzerland: You will be located in Baar with the flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week after completing thorough training and induction.
• International Travel: Longer stays at our production site in Ngombé, Republic of Congo, will be required to implement and support the new ERP system.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business IT, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Professional Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in (Digital) Project Management or IT consulting, with a focus on commodity trading.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Timber industry is a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, MS Office suite, and potentially Python coding.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and French; Dutch and/or German are a plus.
• ERP Mastery: Prior experience in ERP implementation is highly valued.
• Analytical & IT Skills: Essential for success in this role.
